Packing & Delivery
We take great care in packing every detail to ensure safe shipment to you. Therefore please check the package carefully before you sign to receive it. If it is broken or damaged, you can make a record with the carrier. At the same time, you’d better take a photo and send to us for better solve the problems.
Considerations:
1. Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.
2. If you order after 2 pm, orders will be processed the following business day.
3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our Gold Coast warehouse.
4. Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
